The concept of a little pixie that collects images was inspired by a Wiccan friend, who held firm to the belief that the fairies were responsible for her frequently misplaced keys. She would perform a little song and dance routine, à la Mata Hari, in an attempt to bribe the kleptomaniac little beings into returning the purloined keys.
I’ve since forgotten exactly what the lyrics to her song were, which is unfortunate because more often than not, those keys would reappear as if by magic.
The Image Pixie who lives within the pages of this humble web hollow flits about on a never-ending quest for eye candy. She delights in sharing what she’s found, and we hope that you will share in our delight as new and interesting artworks, along with rare and obscure vintage treasures, are discovered and put on display.
